PRITEL TRIO: The Triple combination of Telmisartan 40 mg + Amlodipine 5 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg, three antihypertensive agents: Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker or ARB), Amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker or CCB), and Hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic). Telmisartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking calcium channels, while Hydrochlorothiazide helps reduce fluid retention by increasing urine output.
